On June 6th, seventy guests dined on Main Street in Park City for the Pure Table event of the summer. A private evening, produced by yours truly, in collaboration with Vida Tequila and Park City’s newest restaurant, Fletcher’s. This exclusive chef event was everything we hoped for, and then some. Endless watermelon margaritas, a five course custom menu created by Chef Scott Boberek, impeccable service, all set in the exquisite dining room at Fletcher’s with the best of company.
The evening started with a cocktail hour sponsored by Vida Tequila featuring Fletcher’s Summer Margarita made with Vida’s Reposado Tequila and watermelon, along with some delicious passed appetizers. The five course dinner was beyond incredible, and Chef Scott certainly lived up to his reputation. Each course was better than the last and every bite had us asking the question “could this get any better?” To which, it did. The duck! The grouper! The buffalo short ribs! Every single plate prepared to perfection.
Special thanks to the Chef for a delicious evening! It was truly a mouth-watering experience and we will be back to dine very soon.
