Old Town Cellars became one Main Street’s hottest restaurants as PUREfourhundred presented another unique PUREtable pop-up, in association with Culinary Crafts. You know dining magic is going to happen when your partnership has the talent of world class chef, Greig Rieth and Sommelier, Stephen Mackay in a setting like Old Town Cellars. This soiree kicked off with the best pairing of all; the festive attendees and a glass of Rose’. A lot of new friends, connections, and most of all… FUN was had before the first plate of culinary genius arrived. The casual setting was more reminiscent of dining in Europe and featured a full evening of courses and wine pairings. Those attending may disagree over their favorite pairing, but one thing is for sure, they won’t disagree over the abundance of spectacular food and savory vino!
