The best PUREtable event to date?! More than a few guests said it and we couldn’t argue, what with the endless watermelon margaritas, the five course {every bite is so delicious} custom menu, the service {beyond incredible wait staff that made sure our cups were never empty}, all set in the exquisite dining room at Fletcher’s in Park City, with the best of company {all of you}.
Firstly, if you haven’t tried out this incredible restaurant on Main street, you must. The evening started with a cocktail hour sponsored by Vida Tequila. We sipped on Fletcher’s Summer Margarita featuring Vida’s Reposado Tequila and watermelon, along with some delicious passed appetizers. The dinner menu created by Chef Scott Boberek was beyond good. Each course was better than the last and every bite had us asking the question “could this get any better?” To which, it did. The duck! The grouper! The buffalo short ribs! Every single plate prepared to perfection.
Special thanks to the Chef for a delicious evening! It was truly a mouth-watering experience and we will be back to dine very soon.
