If you’ve ever been to a PUREfourhundred event, you know that we pride ourselves on serving delectable eats from the best of the best. Our PUREtable event back in November at Handle in Park City was amazing, and Chef Briar was just nominated as People’s Choice Best New Southwest Chef by Food and Wine Magazine. You can vote for him here. The amazing Katie Weinner of Nata Gallery and SLC POP, who uses exotic ingredients and produces a food/art experience, was on this past season of Top Chef on Bravo. Riverhorse on Main, our choice caterer for last year’s Valentines Dinner, and our partner for 2014’s Savor the Summit, has been recognized as one of the best restaurants in the nation by Forbes, Dirona, and AAA Four Diamond. We’ve worked with the talent at Park City Culinary Institute and brought wine pairings from expert sommelier Kirsten Fox. All of this to say, stay tuned for our Summer event lineup.
